BHS Youth Wrestling Camp

Daniel Longo Youth Wrestling Leave a Comment

Bartlett High School Wrestling is sponsoring and leading a Youth Wrestling Camp. This camp is designed to inspire youth wrestling in Bartlett and surrounding communities.

Campers will receive personalized instruction from Head Coach Daniel Longo and Assistant Coach Kylcye Bolden and the BHS wrestling team. From the fundamentals and preparation of wrestling to actual live matches, each camper will experience what it is like to be a part of the world’s oldest competitive sport. Indeed cave drawings of wrestlers have been found dating as far back as 3000 BC. The sport was introduced into the ancient Olympics in 708 BC, shortly after the Games’ recorded history began. Today, it is one of the most physically demanding sports where every participant participates. Come and experience wrestling.
